Cancel your CarFilm subscription
We will show you your own numbers, the dates, and what you owe, and you will get all of it in writing. No phone call, and nobody has to talk you out of it.
What is your email address?
We will send you a link to continue. We never ask for a password — this has to work for a manager who has never logged in.
Not sure which email is on the account? Plenty of managers never got a login. Carry on anyway and we will sort it out — your notice counts from the day you send it either way.
Continue without the linkSubscribed through the app?
If you pay for CarFilm yourself through the iPhone or iPad app, Apple handles that subscription and we cannot cancel it for you. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel CarFilm there. This page is for dealership accounts billed by us directly.
